How does it work?
This service is offered on a first-in first-served basis. Once confirmed, you'll be placed in a virtual queue. We'll show you an estimated wait time according to the number of people ahead of you. If the estimated wait time falls after 9pm, your appointment will default to the following morning.
How do I pay for my appointment?
Payment is by credit or debit card via the Tend app.
Tend uses bank-grade security and all your payment details are encrypted. You’ll be asked to enter your credit or debit card details when you join the app like most other app-based services.
Who are the online clinicans?
Tend offers a diverse range of healthcare professionals including general practitioners (GPs), urgent care doctors and nurse practitioners (NPs). These skilled clinicians are skilled in diagnosing medical conditions and delivering remote medical care. All of them are authorised to issue prescriptions. See a full list of our clinicans here.
How long is an appointment?
Up to 10 minutes
NOTE: The issuing of medical certificates and prescriptions is at the doctor’s discretion. This service is not suitable for WINZ certificates or urgent emergency situations.
