You can now visit your doctor at the newly renovated   Symonds Street clinic or have an online consultation via the Tend app. To get started, download the Tend app to your phone and confirm your details.

To access your medical team and make an appointment you can download the Tend app.

While we have all your health details safely stored in our system we do need you to answer a few questions in the app to verify your identity so we can correctly match your existing medical records.

From the app you can book a clinic or online appointment, get your medical notes, request free repeat prescriptions* and securely message your care team.

Frequently asked questions

Will I have the same doctor?

Yes, you'll still be able to book an appointment to see your favourite doctor at Tend Symonds Street. Once you've downloaded the Tend app, you'll see their name in the app

Can I still see my doctor at the clinic?

Yes, when you book your appointment in the Tend app, you will have the choice to see the doctor in clinic or online.  

What are the opening hours?

Online hours
Mon - Fri: 7:30am - 9:00pm
Sat - Sun: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Clinic hours
Mon - Fri: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Has the clinic moved location?

No, you can still find us in the exact same place!  57 Symonds Street.  Patient parking is marked Tend Patient Parking.

Do I need to download the app?

Yes, to access your medical care going forward you will need to download the Tend app. But if you are having trouble, our care team can help you with this when you come in. 

Will the pricing change?

No, fees remain the same.

Yes, our phone lines will still be operating, however eventually you will need to download the app. If you are having trouble our care team can help you with this.
